Getting started

Signing in

Open the sign-in page and use the account your workspace administrator invited. Your session stays active for a week; signing out ends it immediately on every device.

Workspaces

Everything you see belongs to one workspace at a time. If you are a member of more than one, choose the workspace to open on sign-in from your account settings.

Where things live

The main areas of the product, each reachable by its own address:

• Contacts and companies — the people and organisations you work with.
• Invoices — what you have billed and what has been paid.
• Bank feeds — statements, categorisation and reconciliation.
• Projects and time — tasks, timers and the time you record against them.
• Reports — saved views over all of the above.
• Settings — your account, members, roles and custom fields.
