Building a report
A report is a saved question: which records, which columns, which filters, which grouping. Build one in the report editor and run it whenever you need it.
Sharing and scheduling
Share a report with other members of the workspace, or schedule it to be emailed on a cadence. A scheduled report runs with the subscriber’s own permissions, so it never shows anyone more than they could see themselves.
Exporting
Export a report’s results as a file. Larger exports run in the background and are ready to download for a limited time.
